About this fork

This version differs from the original project in a few key ways:

  • The game runs on LÖVE2D, using a PICO-8–compatible engine called PicoLove: https://github.com/picolove/picolove

  • This fork is designed specifically for mobile devices and touch screens.

  • The game features Portrait and Landscape mode

  • If you plan to play on desktop or with a gamepad, I strongly recommend the original project instead. The touch-focused tweaks in this version may feel annoying, and there is currently no way to disable the touch controls.
  • These APKs are Alpine packages intended for PostmarketOS and will not work on Android.

Postmarket Os

To install on postmarketOS, download the APK and run:

sudo apk add --allow-untrusted celestetouch-0.1-r0.apk

Android support

I do not use Android and do not plan to provide Android packages. However, the game can be played on Android with some manual setup.

How to play on Android

  1. Install LÖVE2D on your device

  2. Extract the LÖVE game files from the Alpine APK (Alpine APK files are essentially tar.gz archives with extra metadata: # https://wiki.alpinelinux.org/wiki/Apk_spec)

3. Launch LÖVE2D and load the extracted game
